Certainly, to start, fixing the validation errors Corb Lund’s team identified, such as displaying ‘Elections Alberta’ for phone validations, trying more than once before negating a signature, a very thorough check for any seeded names from the exposed electors list, likely a larger sampling.
I am not feeling very confident that the Oct 19 referendum will be conducted fairly. I am expecting Smith and her loyalists to do voter suppression and messing with the count. She follows and adopts the tricks that Trump and Project 2025 have utilized in the US to disenfranchise citizens. I hope there are independent election monitors and invigilators. We should prepare for skullduggery.
As all our private information was exposed by/to the separatists I want Elections Alberta to cross reference the names on the separatist petition with the names on the Forever Canadian petition to see if there’s any that show up in both places.
The stolen list had a certain number of deliberate Fake names that helped them track down who shared the list. If even one of those index names appears on the list, they should throw the whole thing away.

Is your name on the petition? By law, Elections Alberta cannot confirm or deny it, and can't remove your name even if you ask. There's no lookup tool. What they are doing is checking incoming signatures against "seeded" fake names planted in the Republican Party's list to catch copy-paste fraud, plus contacting a random sample of signers directly. That's aggregate reassurance, not a personal answer.
Worried about identity theft specifically: Canadian Anti-Fraud Centre, 1-888-495-8501, and your local police if you suspect fraud.
